Mischa Notcutt is the founder of 11casting and casting director at Dazed & Confused. Distinctly aware of the lack of diversity in the fashion industry when starting out on this journey, Mischa has since pioneered a new approach to casting, one that forefronts diversity and individuality and spans both street casting and more traditional routes.
Mischa’s work forefronts creativity and synergy – she considers successful casting to be as much about the individual faces as it is their collective energy.
Finding beauty all around her – from the global community of models and creatives with whom she collaborates, to new faces found on the street – Mischa is able to harness her innate understanding of cast building, and to tailor this for each individual project, allowing for impactful and identifiable results.
